Small Batch will be a day rate commercial kitchen located in midtown Baltimore! Small Batch will be available 24 hours 7 days a week for entrepreneurs looking for a food-safe kitchen to start a business, urban farmers and community gardeners with extra produce to put up for the season or even community groups looking to turn Uncle Joe´s BBQ into a fund-raiser. Small Batch will offer an entrepreneurial training program to help folks turn a hobby into a specialty foods business.

Small Batch's Community Kitchen is located on the ground floor at 2800 Sisson Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21211, the same building as the Mill Valley General Store. Food-safe classes are required to use the kitchen and will be offered on site. We anticipate opening in September 2010.
